By registering on this portal, you agree to provide accurate information, use the platform only for its intended purpose of managing ECSBC compliance for your registered buildings, and comply with the Kerala Sustainable Energy Conservation Building Code 2025 and all applicable regulations.
The EMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms or providing false information during registration or compliance filing.
